Did it seem like Cartoon Network ripped off Disney and vice versa?

Cartoon Network and Disney did not rip each other off.I think the directors and creators of the shows had creative similarities.Also,as long as a network gets permission from another network to use a similar idea and the other network gives it's consent,it's perfectly legal to use a similar idea or to copy an idea for a show
