My son has cerebral palsy 100% disabled.His Social Sec $$ and ins.has been denied Who can help me get it back?

My son is 11 yrs old. He is completly depended on me is obivously disabled in a wheelchair, does not walk or talk. Social Security has denied him benifits since Aug 07, medi-cal has put him on a share of cost of 4,370 per month(who can afford that?) He has been denied all services unless i pay out of pocket. In home supportive services has closed his case as well. All this is because i have a career and i make decent money. Im trying to get all his benifits back but i dont know where to start.. ANY IDEAS???
