Want to loose 11lbs for wedding?! Is this a good plan?
Firstly, you are not overweight, so I'd recomend just trying to tone up and eat a balanced diet for the next few months rather than try and lose weight per se. Oh, and please ignore the stupid spam adverts above. They really do have no morals recomending those ridiculous diet plans, which are both unbalanced and dangerous, particularly to someone who is 15 and not overweight anyway. But yeah, you're plan to just do a bit more exercise each week sounds like a good idea. Doing anything to music is usually fun, even if it's just going for a walk with your headphones on listening to your favourite CD. Doing things like going bowling or swimming can also be fun. Enjoy the wedding! x
