Extremely intense sleep paralysis?

I know for most people who have the experience it lasts maybe only 1 minute, but I had an experience which lasted an entire hour, the experience felt like an extremely strong dose of DMT, I slept in the day time about 9am, I was seeing hallucinations on an incredible scale, seeing tracers everywhere, the ceiling becoming the floor, floating hands (hands offering me hands offering me hands?), floating animated people, people having conversations, auditory hallucinations. I became extremely worried I had turned psychotic. I had been partying for 3 days straight, drinking and doing cannabis but I doubt I had psychotic reactions because of this (Im guessing the problem was sleeping during the day). Anyway, the experience was extremely intense, some bizarre reason I felt like a completely different person, my dreams were far more surreal and 'out there'. I think a trigger was that I attempted to imagine doing DMT in a dream
