How do I keep my brand new nose stud in while I sleep?

What i did when I first got mine just to be cautious, get those little circle bandaids and put them over for when you go to sleep, works like a charm. You sound like you've been taking good care of it, I think if you keep cleaning it regularly it will be fine! :)
