Should I worry about this mole?

I have this tiny mole in between my left shoulder and my (I'm male btw) somewhat near my armpit. It's about the size of the tip of a ballpoint pen, maybe a little bigger. But what's worrisome about this mole is that it is raised, so it's like a dome shape. It's roughly spherical and has little "specks" of ultra small mole (or melanin?) surrounding it which I think is kind of strange. Now I know the whole ABCDEs of skin cancer, and I realize that this mole is seemingly too small to pose any threat, but what do you think? Anyone ever had anything like it before? Should I consider getting it removed or what?
