This may be a long shot, but why don't you call or email them, ask them if it'd be alright if you sent them 100 surveys and if they could get as many students as possible to take them. If they say, yes, then send them in the mail.Above the address write "ATTN: (insert who ever they tell you to address it to specifically so it doesn't get thrown away.)
