What is the Phone Number for the Miami Dade Animal Control Pitbull Division?

Recently three Dangerous Pit bulls (weighing around 40,60, & 80 pounds) have threatened my neighborhood. They all have attacked my cat (Fortunately, he made out unhed), as well as Threatened my Husband. I was told that there was a special Animal control service that dealt primarily with Dangerous Pitbulls found in Miami-Dade County, however, I can't seem to find it. Please help?
