Surfing Wetsuit is too tight on male crotch region?

I've got a Wetsuit problem - the suit creates an air tight seal and literally crushes my man-junk when I'm surfing. I've tried wearing boxers or a speedo underneath but that barely helps, and now considering some sort of undergarment that will allow my boys to breath a little, perhaps with some padding or foam to keep that area from becoming too restricted. Haha have a laugh but please restrict your comments to helpful solutions, as I've heard all the funny things you can say about this condition already. also, my wetsuit fits perfectly so please do not say get a bigger suit - the only problem is that it's making too tight of a seal around my crotch.
