Does this poem/song make sense ,Can a person think they love someone when the really don`t?

i love that poem it makes perfect sense 10/10 and yes almost everyone goes through feeling like they love someone only to find outhe they really dont so if this is about u then your normal :) and if you wrote this poem keep writing they are great
