I am moving to Okinawa under SOFA status though my husband. How do I find a health administration job?

My husband is Air Force and we just got orders to Okinawa Japan. I have been there before but did not work. However, I just received my degree in health care administration/coding and billing. How do I go about finding a job and do they offer these types of jobs to SOFA status?
