I want to bring back my puppy to senegal from usa?

hi everybody i'm in usa just for vacation and one of my friend gifted me a puppy 2 months old it's a labrador retriever and i would like to go back in africa with the puppy i would like to know how it happens with the customs and delta airlines at the usa airport how much it will cost to carry him as a carry baggage i'm going to senegal thanks
