PHP - PEAR package?

It is full of cles. For examples it has a cl to deal with queries. If you follow its rules for making database queries it will take care of filtering all of your text for things like apostrophes that can be used for SQL injection attacks. But PEAR has many, many more cles and functions in its libraries.
