Why do girls always want to eat outside when they go to restaurants like uncivilized animals?

When I always go to a restaurant with a girl they always want to eat outside. What is wrong with them? There are bugs outside. It is often too hot outside, while inside has airconditioning. The tables outside are never as nice as they are inside. Some restaurants have TVs inside but never any outside so I can't look at the TV. Basically girls are saying "no" to civilization and "yes" to eating outside like an animal. They always seem to say "oh it's such a nice day, let's eat outside." And I say ok but am secretly miserable. Why do they do this? Are there any girls who would rather eat inside?
