999 Error message block three weeks in a row? See details?

My activity has me gaining 4 points in two days and 12 points overall.for the week. Two of those 4 points, and three overall are for simply logging in. I answered one question, that is 2 more points. That means that all week long, I voted seven measly times and yet Y!A has me blocked from voting with their stupid 999 Error message.
