Will I have problems with my bf slight narcissism?

I mean he's not like saying I should worship his beauty but he's is toned, skinny and likes to talk and talk about how much he works out. He always admires himself in the mirror to flex, always asks for my approval as to whether he looks good or not. Of course I think that he does, and I tell him so honestly. He has a high disgust and intolerance for fat people and says they they have no excuse for being fat unless its a medical condition, and is very picky when it comes to beauty. He admires only what is beautiful and rejects the hideous. I mean he says I am gorgeous and beautiful now and spends time with me, but could his behavior be an issue later?
