PLDT dsl, Smartbro or Skybroadband? Which among them is the best?

I currently live in Fairview, QC. I'm using Smartbro plan 999 only 786kbps broadband for more than 3 years now.. But their service i think is getting worse. I'm thinking of shifting to SKYBroadband.. 1Mbps. Anyone out there can share some of their experience with SKY? I also have PLDT dsl and not much having trouble with it (bundled phone + dsl (786kbps) = P1,800/mo.. too expensive :) Thanks
