Why is it hard for me to become a priest?

I am gay and not afraid to say it. And i fully embrace the tenets of my Catholic faith. I know it would ve harder for me because I am attracted to the same but I am willing to embrace chastity. And i am no pedo! So why is the Church making it hard for me to enter the priesthood?
